Social Media Fights Back: David Mark Backs Down From Controversial Statements



Under intense social media backlash, Nigerian Senate President David Mark denies that he called for the censorship of social media in Nigeria. He says "mischief-makers" took his comments out of context.
David Mark's Special Advisor, Kola Ologbondiyan issued the following statement:
