Benfica president Luis Filipe Vieira says the Portuguese giants have no intention of letting Javi Garcia leave for less than 30 million euros.
The midfielder has recently been linked with a move to Manchester City, but the Premier League champions will not get their man on the cheap - with Vieira saying they will have to meet his buy-out clause."Javi will only leave if a club matches his buy-out clause.
