Tom Daley's mum has revealed that her son has never had a proper girlfriend.

Debbie Daley says that Tom, 18, prefers hanging out with his mates.
‘Now Tom's passed his driving test they go off together to a quiz night,' says Debbie, 41.
‘But I don't think they do very well, except on the sports questions. And he's never had a proper girlfriend - well, not one that he's told me about!'
The Olympic diver, whose next event is the individual dive on 10 August, is so grounded that Debbie doesn't think he worries about his appearance too much.
