According to TMZ reports:
‘Good ‘ole Mitt’ just got slapped with a cease and desist order from the band Silversun Pickups. Seems Mitt’s a thief (still waitin’ on those taxes homie) and didn’t get permission from the group before blastin’ it during his campaign trail. The song in question, “Panic Switch,” is also a contradiction to Romney’s entire platform.

According to the band’s frontman Brian Aubert, Romney has been using their 2009 hit … even though no one ever asked them for permission, but it’s pretty clear he wouldn’t have gotten it even if he asked.
