An African-American foundation  notorious for its accommodation with the much discredited former apartheid regime in South Africa and shady financial dealings with former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo, will hold its annual meeting this month in Equatorial Guinea, one of Africa’s worst human rights violators whose president has reportedly misappropriated millions of oil dollars for his own use.
Paradoxically, the meeting comes on the heels of Hillary Clinton’s seven-nation African tour promoting "democracy and good governance in Africa. From August  20-24, the ninth biennial “Africa Rising” summit will take place
