The prosecution of $ 6.8 billion gasoline subsidy fraud suspects which was adjourned on Wednesday due to the absence of certain suspects and the appearance of Nigeria's Attorney General, Mohammed Bello  Adoke has failed again to open in Lagos today.
The judge stated that the absense of Walter Wagatsoma of Ontario Oil, the first defendant in the subsidyfraud case has stalled commencement of prosecution in court.
