Day 65 of the torch relay started on a high, literally, when Amelia Hempleman-Adams held the flame aloft while standing on the top of a London Eye pod.
The 17-year old got a close-up of Big Ben and said afterwards that "the height was quite scary but you know you're safe so it's not too bad".
Amelia enjoyed some spectacular views when aged 16 she became the youngest person to ski to the South Pole. She appreciated the very different but equally inspiring
